AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

We hope you are truly delighted with your Saint Liberté piece. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your order, we are here to assist.

We offer free returns and exchanges on all full-priced Australian and New Zealand orders within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@saintliberte.com and we will guide you through the process.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached in order to be eligible for return. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene and artisanal reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Couture Atelier pieces
  • Bralettes (due to intimate wear classification)

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We want you to feel completely at ease with your Saint Liberté purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds or store credit on eligible returns made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.

SHIPPING ON RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated handling fees.

Please note that we do not offer free exchanges on international orders.

FAULTY ITEMS

Each Saint Liberté piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at info@saintliberte.com and we will assist you.

Items deemed faulty upon return will be assessed upon arrival. Please note that general wear, misuse, or damage caused by not following care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.

We are unable to accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged through washing or care processes that do not align with the provided garment instructions.
